No Bake Cheesecake Dip

No Bake Cheesecake Dip

No Bake Cheesecake Dip is a creamy, fluffy dessert dip made with cream cheese, sour cream, whipped cream, strawberry jam, graham cracker crumbs, and blueberries. It has all the tangy sweetness of cheesecake without turning on the oven, and it’s great with graham crackers, pretzels, cookies, or fresh fruit.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 8 oz. blocks Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ cup strawberry jam
  • ⅓ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup blueberries
  • Dipping Options
  • Graham Crackers, Pretzels, Vanilla Wafers, Fresh Fruit, Shortbread Cookies, Cinnamon Pita Chips, or Biscotti

Instructions

  1. Soften and beat the cream cheese: Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature until fully softened, then beat it in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix the cheesecake base: Add the powdered sugar, sour cream, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt, then beat until the mixture is fluffy and evenly combined.
  3. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, beat the cold heavy whipping cream with the sugar for about 4 mins, until medium peaks form.
  4. Fold the filling: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no white streaks remain.
  5. Add the jam and chill: Spread the cheesecake dip into a serving dish, then gently spread the strawberry jam over the top while leaving a creamy border. Cover and chill for at least 1hr.
  6. Finish and serve: Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter, sprinkle them over the chilled dip, then top with blueberries and serve with your favorite dippers.

Notes

Use fully softened cream cheese so the dip turns out smooth instead of lumpy.

Add the graham cracker crumbs right before serving so they stay lightly crisp.

Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

This dip is best served cold and does not freeze well.
