Easy Dubai Pistachio Chocolate Bar

Close-up of Dubai pistachio chocolate bars on bright white marble, with broken chocolate shells revealing a crisp, nutty interior and thick, glossy green pistachio cream flowing from the center.

This Easy Dubai Pistachio Chocolate Bar wraps a thick, creamy pistachio filling in a crisp white or milk chocolate shell. It takes just 20 mins from start to finish and makes a rich chilled dessert with a smooth nutty center.

Ingredients

  • White or milk chocolate bars, enough to coat and seal 6 bar molds
  • Pistachio paste or nut butter, enough for a generous creamy filling
  • Condensed milk or sweet cream, enough to make the pistachio filling thick and creamy
  • Cardamom or rosewater, to taste, optional

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate: Gently melt the chocolate until completely smooth, then spread a thin, even layer over the bottom and sides of 6 chocolate bar molds. Let it set until firm.
  2. Mix the filling: Stir the pistachio paste with condensed milk or sweet cream until thick and creamy. Mix in cardamom or rosewater if using.
  3. Fill the molds: Spoon the pistachio mixture into the set chocolate shells, leaving enough space at the top for the final chocolate layer.
  4. Seal the bars: Cover the filling completely with more melted chocolate, smoothing the surface so no pistachio filling remains exposed.
  5. Chill until firm: Refrigerate until the chocolate shells are completely set and firm.
  6. Unmold and serve: Carefully release the chilled bars from their molds and serve cold for the crispest chocolate shell.

Notes

  • Keep the pistachio filling thick and creamy rather than runny so it stays inside the chocolate shell.
  • Raw unsalted pistachios work well if you’re making pistachio paste at home.
  • For a dairy free version, use vegan white chocolate and coconut cream.
  • Store the finished bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. They can also be frozen for longer storage.
