Creamy Strawberry Fruit Dip

Creamy Strawberry Fruit Dip

Creamy Strawberry Fruit Dip is a sweet, fluffy no cook dessert dip made with strawberry cream cheese, sour cream, honey, lemon zest, vanilla, and marshmallow fluff. It chills into a smooth pink dip that is easy to scoop with fresh fruit, pretzels, graham crackers, or cookies for parties, brunch, or a quick dessert board.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 7.5 oz. softened strawberry cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 4 to 5 drops red food coloring, optional
  • 7.5 oz. marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese: Let the strawberry cream cheese sit at room temperature until it stirs easily and looks smooth when pressed with a spoon.
  2. Mix the base: Add the softened strawberry cream cheese, sour cream, honey, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and food coloring to a medium bowl. Stir or beat until creamy and evenly pink.
  3. Fold in the fluff: Add the marshmallow fluff and gently fold until the dip is mostly combined and fluffy. Stop once it looks smooth with a few soft swirls, or mix fully for one even color.
  4. Chill the dip: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour so the dip thickens slightly and the lemon zest settles into the sweetness.
  5. Serve cold: Spoon into a serving bowl and serve with strawberries, grapes, pineapple, apple slices, pretzels, graham crackers, or vanilla wafers.

Notes

For the smoothest texture, make sure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing.
Skip the red food coloring if you prefer a softer natural pink color.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days and stir gently before serving.
Do not freeze this dip because the sour cream and cream cheese can separate after thawing.
